Yellow zinc plating on the corresponding pieces.

Valve sealing test.

Renewal of valve seats.

Decoration with original stickers on the filler cap and rocker cover.

Starting and checking the engine dynamometer in the room.

Preparation of a detailed report to be delivered to the client for both assembly and dynamometer

Load cell motor installation.

Lubrication check.

Initial startup.

Monitoring and recording of oil, water and exhaust gas temperatures.

Monitoring and recording of oil, water and exhaust gas pressures (backpressure).

Monitoring and recording of wealth values ​​(Lambda). (Use of standard carburettor).

Checking for water and oil leaks.

Running for 1 hour at 40Nm and 3500rpm.

Performance test, maximum torque and power reading. Realization of motor curve under DIN standard. Preparation of dynamometer report to deliver to the client.

Compression test and endoscope examination of the cylinders after bench performance test. 

Disassembly and prepair for shipping.

Parts or work not specified above not included. If it is necessary to replace other parts, or additional work, it will be agreed in advance in writing and advantageous conditions will be accessed.

Shipping costs are not included.

The initial engine must consist of alternator supports, distributor, cylinder head equipped with valves, springs, keys and cups, exhaust and intake manifolds, crankshaft, connecting rods, timing cover, cylinder head cover, timing pinions, camshaft, oil pump, and crankcase. The lack of any of them, the customer will be informed in writing to supply it or to inform of the inclusion in the list of parts not included to be invoiced.

Carburetor rebuild not included. If requested, the price will be previously indicated in writing based on advantageous conditions.

Turbo rebuild or replacement is not included. If requested, the price will be previously indicated in writing based on advantageous conditions.
