Terms and conditions of use


GT Turbo Parts is an online business for the sale of parts for motor vehicles. Our goal is to offer access to discontinued parts by remanufacturing or locating new parts stock. Our mission is to offer solutions to owners in need of spare parts. Photos are for reference only. If not available the same product, it will be replaced by other product that is completelly compatible. 


The purchase method will be through the web in the links provided for each product. If in doubt, you can consult us at sales@gtturboparts.com to offer advice. Purchases made by other means of communication other than those described will not be accepted.


Packages for in-stock products are generally shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment and shipped via TIPSA / SENDING / DPD with a tracking number upon request. If you prefer other delivery method, please contact us before. Whichever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. For products that are not in stock, or due to an accounting error, we will contact the customer to offer a refund or to inquire if you want to keep the order with the delivery period that the supplier offers us.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the weight or total volume of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately on different days already shipped, and shipping charges will apply to each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special precautions are taken to protect fragile items.

The boxes are large and their items are well protected.

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. The cost of return will fall on the client side. We will not issue a special discount for future orders after a return.

If the customer decides to cancel the delivery before the reception, he will be responsible for the cost of shipping and return to our warehouse. 

Responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier and complaints are not accepted for undelivered orders due to lack of information in the delivery address or contact telephone number. Also, we will try to solve any problem with the operator on our side and offer a solution when it is proved that there is some kind of transportation problem.

Claims are not accepted without first obtaining a shipping tracking number after the order has been shipped.


We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the order. Returns are not accepted when the order has not been delivered. The cost of the return transport will be borne by the customer. No special discount will be issued for future orders after a return.

Returns of material that has been used, assembled or manipulated will not be accepted. In the case of pistons, connecting rods, cylinder head gaskets, timing tensioners, the original packaging or box must be kept in good condition.

In the case of receiving broken or in poor condition, the carrier must be informed before signing the delivery and denying the delivery. Once delivery has been signed, returns are not accepted. Claims are also not accepted after 48 hours after delivery, the customer being responsible for following the shipment at all times.

The reimbursement will be made based on the chosen payment conditions and the fees for the payment methods and the transport cost will not be returned. In the event of a refund, a refund fee will be deducted from the full amount.

Returns caused by our error will not incur any cost to the customer.

In no case is a guarantee offered on engine, turbo, brake or transmission items due to the need to fit them, for which GT Turbo Parts is not responsible.

GT Turbo Parts reserves the right to substitute store products due to availability or production conditions without prior notice as long as they are suitable for the installation and use for which they have been designed, even the differences with photos in the webpage. 

In any case, the refund will be made once we receive the returned material.
