EVO 3 Stainless steel exhaust manifold
With our experience in WRC, WTCC, LMP, Rallycross... These carefully designed manifolds are born, calculated in flowmetry and developed with a TIG purged welding process, only available to top-level motorsport teams.
Square ports (not round) for precise delivery with the cylinder head, avoiding losses due to turbulence at the cylinder head - manifold junction. Unmatched rigidity.

It does not have any negative points compared to the original collector, so it is recommended to install it on any engine, whether original or competition.

Reliability
EXCLUSIVE! A support with a unibal ball joint is incorporated that gives it freedom of expansion in the XY plane while holding the load in Z. It should be remembered that stainless steel collectors have a material expansion that should be maintained. If it is joined rigidly, the stresses would end up breaking the welds, while if we support the weight of the turbo with a unibal ball joint with a certain degree of freedom, we will be making the manifold more reliable.
To maximize reliability, it has been manufactured with the minimum possible welds (only one per tube) since they are the weakest points.

FITTING
It is recommended to install them with copper nuts, as they withstand the temperature better (available in related products).
INSTALLATION NOTE
This collector has been designed with the sole purpose of obtaining maximum performance. To achieve this, it has been manufactured with large diameter tubes (38mm), with smooth and wide curves, and tubes of the same length, making it necessary to occupy the maximum available space. Therefore it cannot be installed with the original starter motor. Installation with compact starter motor required (available in related products shown below).
